I have been here a number of times over the last 2 years and had a pleasant experience. Just recently on Sunday I went in for a ‘relaxation massage’ and it was the complete opposite. 90% of the massage was uncomfortably painful even after asking for the pressure to be reduced and was ignored, a couple times during the massage I was tempted to just get up and walk out. Now 48 hours later my body is still aching. This last visit was my last at this business. I won’t be returning.

I walked into Mei Mei as a human being and left as a freshly folded fitted sheet. At one point, she used her feet to realign my soul. I’ve never been so happily bullied by a woman half my size. Thank you ladies.

Been to this store many times, but I won't be back again. The last two massages were extremely disappointing and left me feeling very uncomfortable. One middle-aged lady clearly had no idea how to give a proper massage and only made my pain worse. In fact, the quality of each session really depends on the individual therapist, but these last two experiences have left me disheartened. This store seriously needs to retrain its staff. Also, the prices here are higher than other places — the quality of the massage really needs to live up to such premium pricing.

I have been here three times already and the massage I got was really good; however, yesterday's massage was a nightmare. I walked in and asked for a leg massage for $55 (30 minutes), but the lady suggested I pay $70 for 45 minutes. My right leg was hurting when I walked in, but after the massage, I walked out with my whole body aching, and I woke up still feeling pain from yesterday's massage. What an experience. The massage didn't feel like the previous massages. The lady was walking on my back, and I was out of breath and in so much pain. It's a nice place, though, but it depends on who does the massage.

Well I’m pretty disappointed with the customer service. The massage, was rushed and done very roughly. The experience entirely, was terrible. I had to tell the staff member to put his phone away as he was constantly using it to make calls in the MIDDLE of my massage. I am a mum of 2 little ones, rarely ever get time to myself and so this was supposed to be a relaxing time which it wasn’t. The phone was calling someone the ENTIRE time I was there, I was getting massaged with 1 hand because the other was dialling on the phone. I had to tell him to put his phone away. Will never return here & will be telling my friends about this experience. He also would stop massaging me in the time I’m paying for & get up off his chair multiple times (don’t know where he was going) and would be speaking with other staff and customers, running around. If you want a relaxing environment and full proper service, DO NOT choose this place. I won’t be back Photo of my massage experience attached.
